Listening to their early work, you can hear strains of the Ramones and the Clash, a little Stones, but it's so original it's hard to label. This latest piece is so dense I think they've been listening to a lot of Queen or reading Palahniuk, but it's still so punk pop that you want to dance and dance. There's a syncopated layered section in "Falling" that will leave you breathless. Unbelievably great lyrics. Go see them if you can while they can still hang out with the crowd after the show. Once they take off, you won't be able to get near them. (on tour through November). This is a completely great CD.
